    抹茶クッキー

    1月12日抹茶くっきー

    おぼえがき

    1. バター     100g
    2. 塩        0.5g
    3. 粉糖      35g
    4. アーモンド粉 55g
    5. 薄力粉    110g
    6. 抹茶     10g
    7. 仕上げ用  粉糖/抹茶

    作り方:

    1 バターは室温でやわらげ、塩と粉糖を加えざっと混ぜ、ふるったアーモンド粉を入れ混ぜる。

    2 (1)にふるった薄力粉と抹茶を入れてまとめ、冷蔵庫で6時間以上休ませる。

    3 1個9g~10g位に分割してボール状に丸め、(30個位できる)170℃で20分焼成。

    4 焼き上がったらすぐに粉糖をまぶし、完全に冷ましてから抹茶をたっぷりまぶす。
